Get in Check as You Spring Forward

March is Red Cross Month

The recent earthquakes in Haiti and Chile remind us about the importance of volunteer groups. If you would like to give your time to a relief organization, it's best to sign up before an emergency, so you are listed in a volunteer database and can receive necessary training.
