Warm weather is finally here, and OEM reminds New Yorkers that all 54 of the City's outdoor public pools are now open until Labor Day. Swimming in a pool is a good way to keep your body temperature low on a hot day, especially for people who don't have air conditioning in their homes. Staying cool in summer is especially important for people who are vulnerable to heat-related illnesses like young children, seniors, and people on medication.
