Keep Your Cool in the Pool

PoolsWarm weather is finally here, and OEM reminds New Yorkers that all 54 of the City's outdoor public pools are now open until Labor Day. Swimming in a pool is a good way to keep your body temperature low on a hot day, especially for people who don't have air conditioning in their homes. Staying cool in summer is especially important for people who are vulnerable to heat-related illnesses like young children, seniors, and people on medication.
